A Book on the Ancient Norse Art of Galdr & Seidr and Where it All Came From.

The people from what is now Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland had a belief in the five layers of our self. Starting with the Lich our physical body, within this is the Hamr or subtle body. This holds our personal energy the Hamingja allowing us to access Hugr (thought) and Minni (memory). The purpose of the book is to allow the reader direct access to the Web of Wyrd, by a practice called Galdr or incantation. This then allows us to progress to the practice of Seidr a form of Shamanic magic taught by Freya to Odhinn.
