Printed Catalogues / Price lists?

The Viking Dragon website contains all the latest prices and information.
Our website is dynamic, therefore we do not supply printed catalogues, or price lists.

Custom Made Items?

Please email Brian here with your enquiry, as we are always open to suggestions and always finding new and unique items from suppliers, but please don't be too disappointed if we cannot make the item in question.

Telephone Orders?

If you are unable to pay online then telephone Brian during office hours (see hours below) on +44(0)7892 872688.
Have your credit card, billing address and delivery address on hand.

Placing Orders and Viewing Shipping Costs:

Please place your order by clicking the 'add to cart' button, or 'Buy now with Paypal' button if you have a Paypal account. These are located next to each product that you wish to purchase.

Quotes:

You can also use the shopping cart to obtain an online quote before you decide to purchase
The cart will add your items up and show you the shipping options and cost once you go to the final page of checkout.
No order is confirmed until payment is made.

Proforma Invoice?

If you require a proforma invoice then email us at brian@thevikingdragon.com with your order and we'll create one for you.

Is My Delivery Tracked?

The answer is no unless you have paid for tracked shipping, or it is a large / heavy item, as it will have to be sent via courier.

All tracking details are emailed to you once sent from us, so please check your spam / junk folders before contacting us and mark us as a 'safe sender'.

Wholesale:

The Viking Dragon is primarily a retailer and not a wholesaler.

We can though offer 15% discount to clubs, societies, organisations, or shops who order £1000 or more, or who order 10 or more of the same item.
